How do I qualify for a free consultation?
By signing up for one.
1st consultation is by donation, but not madatory. Thank you :)
What do I need for my consultation?
Snacks, I like snacks. Not for real though haha. But whatever you feel you might or might not need. If it were me, I would always bring a pen, notepad, and questions. When it comes to receiving services like these I love to feel prepared and ready to take notes and learn. I would be early and eager to await the start of my journey.
What do we usually do?
Well, first I love to get to know you. All I know is that there's a stranger in my face hoping for change haha. So, I like to know where your mind is, how you think, I ask questions about family, friends, feelings, and things like what is life to you, what is your definition of love, who are 3 people you know for sure you can count on for anything and why? By asking questions like these I am able to see what life is like through your eyes. Then after I've gathered what I needed I give you a recap on who you are, what you need, and where you want to go. Then if you decide to move forward I take the info I gathered and create a personalized 3 or 6 month plan for you based on your learning style, personality, and goals. :) Long story short, just a little conversation lol.
How do I know I can trust you?
You can't trust anyone honey, all we do is try something out and have strong faith in the person helping you. I'm not going to convince you to trust me I'm just going to tell you that you can and you are always safe with me. And what you do with that is up to you. And ask a lot of questions, that's one way of knowing if you can trust someone because honesty doesn't hide. :) Oh and the reviews of course.

90 Day Plan
In 90 days you learn and gain resources to use for yourself.
This plan is 13 weeks. We meet once a week for one hour, just a check up and see how we're doing on assignments. Yes there is homework. So that will be

In 6 months there are 26 weeks so 26 1 hour meetings throughout this time.

Hesitating to get started? Imagine this...
Imagine you're trying to see how you're going to eat cause you have no money right. Now you're walking down the sidewalk and you see a bald up piece of paper on the ground. You look at it and your intuition is saying to get it but your brain is like nah it aint nothing but trash. But then someone else picks it up and it's acutally a dirty $100 bill. How would you feel? Mad, upset, angry, stressed, worthless? All because we didn't trust ourselves or our intuition enough. And then when we know we need something we go for it until we get to the front door and now we hesitate. Yes, it's different, yes, it's scary, and yes, it's easier to walk away but imagine yourself 30lbs lighter, sitting on your favorite couch, in your happy place, relaxing and enjoying life because you took a tiny step with a weird lady named Katie. You know what, let's do this, if you get nervous and start doubting it, send a message with the work CHILE. It'll be the safe word for us and that way I'll know and I can see what I can do to make you feel comfortable. :) BUT YOU NEED TO TAKE THAT STEP!
